We spent 4 days at Esmeralda Praia Hotel. Before we decide, I researched, price,location, when we closed half board, I confess I was a little afraid if we were going to like it.We were simply delighted, talked to other guests and said the same thing.The hotel is simply beautiful! The service of all, very attentive, helpful.The food? Everything here is delicious, really delicious. Including or half board, pays too much. We don't even feel like leaving the hotel. Sounds like exaggeration right? No, it really is wonderful! We are already making plans to return.

Positive: Excellent hotel in all aspects, food,accommodation and especially the staff. I had a little family problemand I had to rush out, but I was very well attended! There was a girl,I don't know her name, she is in the reception part, I felt very welcomed andshe was an angel to me, comforted me and was very human !!! I will come back againand thank her personally for all the support !!! I highly recommend the EMERALD HOTEL.
