Well located hotel in Ponta Negra, near the main restaurants of Natal. We were well received at the hotel, well tidy and clean room. We hire the half board - what a luck! Dinner is amazing without repeating the menu - each day a different theme (nation) for dinner besides the poolside live show!

Good: Emerald Hotel is 10! from the reception, food, room, cleaning, Staff treatment, pool, location, entertainment .... All very good! not I have to complain about, just wonderful!
